Universal Fire And Security Ltd were approached by Regal Campers, a local company providing conversions of vans to day vans and camper vans. They found themselves working through Covid-19 under strict social distancing rules whilst trying to cope with the added influx of work as the staycation boomed in the UK.
Regal Campers’ insurance company had given them a brief of what was required for them to receive full theft coverage. Having met the owners on site and surveyed the premises a wireless intruder alarm system was proposed. The system complied to the insurance requirements and the reduced installation time of a wireless system lessened disruption to the site. It also meant that Covid-19 rules were easy to adhere to. The installation went in during one of Regal Campers peak times at with no disruption.
Both client and insurance company were satisfied with the provision.
