China Fleet Country Club Set in 180 acres of exquisite countryside, on the cusp of Devon and Cornwall, China Fleet is one of the South West’s leading country clubs. It provides 4 star accommodation, a Health Club including leisure facilities, golf, dining and a spa. It also runs events and weddings.
Universal Fire And Security Ltd were engaged by the Senior Leadership Team to put together an upgrade plan for their fire and security systems to be phased in over a five year period. In mutual discussions priorities were discussed to be implemented first with longer term goals being left to the end.

From our perspective it is nice to work with clients like China Fleet Country Club. They discuss their needs, their budgetary constraints, their time frame and ultimately their goals for the club.
